Private events & group dining
Eight guests or a hundred and twenty. Every event is planned directly with Peter Valtierra or our events lead — one phone number, one person, start to finish.
Bar Room
10–35 guests
The long oak counter plus high-tops. Built for cocktail receptions with passed plates. Mezcal tastings can be added for $22 per guest.
Full Buyout
up to 120 guests
The entire restaurant, kitchen and bar. Custom four-course menu, dedicated staff, and a private sound input. Available Sunday–Thursday.
How it works
- Call or email. Tell us the date, headcount and what the night is for.
- We send a written proposal within two business days — menu, minimum, timing, all fees itemized.
- A 25% deposit holds the date. It applies to your final bill.
- Menu tasting for buyouts of 50+, free of charge, up to four people.
- Final headcount is due 72 hours ahead. Cancellations more than 14 days out are refunded in full.

- Dedicated captain and a fixed staffing ratio of one server per twelve guests
- Printed menus with your event name, at no charge
- Allergy and dietary planning — vegan, gluten-free and shellfish-free menus available

Corporate & catering
We handle weekday business lunches from ten guests and off-site catering within fifteen miles of La Mesa. Invoicing with net-15 terms is available for established accounts.
